Which vegetarian diet has the best results?

I've been on a diet for about 3 months and managed to lose just under 2 stone. The hardest part was the last 7 lbs which seemed to take weeks and I had to try 3 different diets to achieve it. I started with a low calorie diet followed by slim-fast, now I'm trying weight watchers. I have about 2 1/2 stone left to lose, hopefully before the end of July. My husband has been losing weight on the Atkins diet which is great for him but is difficult for me being a vegetarian. Has anyone found the perfect vegetarian diet yet?
